iRobud is designed and marketed solely for use with whole, legal, dried botanical herbs and flowers. This product is intended for legal use only.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any applicable laws in your jurisdiction in connection with your use of this Site or our products. Use of our products with tobacco, tobacco products, nicotine, cannabis, controlled substances, or any material prohibited by law in your jurisdiction is not permitted and constitutes misuse that voids all warranties.
Not all botanicals and herbs are legal in every country, state, or province. It is your sole responsibility to check your local, state/provincial, federal, and importation laws before purchasing or using this product or any botanical materials with it. A breach or violation of any of these Terms may result in immediate termination of your access to our services.
4. Products and Orders
We have made every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any colour will be accurate. We reserve the right to limit sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
Regarding orders and payment:
- Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice
- All orders are processed after full payment is received
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraud risk, legal restrictions, or suspicion of resale
- We may limit the quantities of any products or services we offer
- Customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees
- Any offer for any product made on this Site is void where prohibited by law
We may also require additional qualifying information prior to accepting or processing any order.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, iRobud Smart Appliance Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of, or inability to use, this Site or our products, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall iRobud’s total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the use of the Site or our products exceed the purchase price you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and product designs — is owned by iRobud Smart Appliance Inc. and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Patent pending. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Site or its content without express written permission from us.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless iRobud Smart Appliance Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site or our products, your violation of these Terms, or your use of our products with prohibited materials.

These links are provided for your convenience only. iRobud has no control over the content of those sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. Inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by iRobud.
13. Mobile Application
These Terms also govern your use of the iRobud mobile application (“App”). The App is available through third-party platforms including Apple’s App Store and Google Play. Your use of the App is also subject to the applicable terms of service of those platforms. iRobud, not Apple or Google, is solely responsible for the App and its content.
14. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our products, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting us at info@irobud.com. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration under the rules of the British Columbia International Commercial Arbitration Centre (BCICAC), conducted in Vancouver, British Columbia, in the English language. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect intellectual property rights.
15. Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to them are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Subject to the arbitration clause above, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia for any matters not subject to arbitration.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Full Legal Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, and Return Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and iRobud with respect to your use of the Site and purchase of our products, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
